These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fat Loss Blueprint and any related products, pages, content, downloads, and consultation calls offered by Coached by Leo ("we", "us", "our"). By buying, downloading, opting in, or otherwise using anything we offer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
1. Who we are
Coached by Leo is a health and fitness coaching brand operated by Leonidas Amfilochios. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What you are buying
The Fat Loss Blueprint is a digital educational product. It may include a personalised plan, guides, a habit tracker, and an optional paid consultation call with a member of our team. It is information and coaching, not a medical service. Access is delivered digitally, usually immediately after purchase.
3. Not medical advice
Our content is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace the advice of a qualified doctor or health professional. Always consult a physician before starting any diet, training, or supplement program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. You use our content at your own risk.
4. No guarantee of results
Health and fitness results depend on many factors that are personal to you, including your effort, consistency, genetics, starting point, and medical history. Any examples, testimonials, or figures we share are not promises or guarantees that you will get the same outcome. Results vary from person to person.
5. Your account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy. You agree to give accurate information at checkout and to keep your login details (if any) secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
6. Consultation calls
If you add a consultation call, you will be able to book a time with a member of our team after checkout. Please show up on time or reschedule in advance. Missed calls without notice may be treated as delivered. Consultation calls are coaching conversations and are subject to the same "not medical advice" terms above.
7. License and acceptable use
When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, publish, or redistribute our materials, or use them to build a competing product. We keep all intellectual property rights in our content.
8. Payments
Prices are shown at checkout in euros and may change over time. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). By purchasing you authorise the charge for the items in your order, including any add-on you select such as the consultation call.
9. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any injury, health outcome, or loss that results from how you choose to use our content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and the "last updated" date shows when it changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where Coached by Leo operates, and by the consumer-protection and data-protection laws of the European Union where they apply to you. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
