This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Coached by Leo ("we", "us") collects when you use the Fat Loss Blueprint, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We respect your personal data and only use it to deliver and improve what you asked for.
1. Who is responsible
Coached by Leo, operated by Leonidas Amfilochios, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, and Instagram handle (if provided).
- Assessment answers you submit so we can build your plan (goals, training, nutrition, lifestyle, and similar).
- Order and payment data: what you bought and payment confirmation. Card details are entered on, and handled by, our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
- Booking data if you schedule a consultation call (your chosen time and the details you share with our scheduling tool).
- Usage and device data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you moved through the funnel, collected to measure and improve our marketing.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
- To deliver the product, your plan, and any consultation call you booked (performance of our contract with you).
- To contact you about your order, plan, and support (contract and our legitimate interest in serving you).
- To send you helpful follow-ups and offers where you have agreed, with the option to unsubscribe at any time (consent).
- To run and measure our advertising and improve the funnel (legitimate interest, and consent where required for cookies or ad tracking).
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting duties (legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including a payment processor (Stripe), a scheduling tool for calls, email and messaging tools to reach you, and analytics and advertising platforms to measure performance. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to provide coaching and support, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you are in the EU and believe we have mishandled your data, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Cookies and tracking
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your choices, and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
9. Children
Our product is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The version on this page is current, and the "last updated" date shows when it changed.
